Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
Private capital experience
Large consulting experience ideal
CFA, CAIA, CPA or MBA ideal

Motivated self-starter with ability to manage time effectively
Outstanding work ethic
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Expert in MS office

SteelBridge creates an environment where team members can engage with team leads to create discussion and help finalize decisions but ultimately empowers all team members to own their deliverables.

Client Interaction – Team leads will help all team members navigate the complexities of working directly with clients. Our goal is to integrate seamlessly into the client’s environment: we want to become an extension of the client’s staff and be seen as high-value delivery resources without causing interruption.
